Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Diamond Auto Detailing, we aim to provide a reliable, professional, and convenient service for every customer. To help us manage appointments fairly and efficiently, we kindly ask all customers to review our booking policy below.
 

Booking & Payment

We do not require card details at the time of booking for customers choosing to pay in person. Online payment is available for customers who prefer to pay in advance through our website.
 

Cancellations & Appointment Changes

Customers may cancel or reschedule their appointment at any time. However, we kindly ask that at least 24 hours’ notice is provided wherever possible for any cancellations or booking adjustments.
 

Online Payments & Refunds

For appointments paid online:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may result in processing delays for refunds.
     

Respecting Appointment Times

As a mobile detailing service, dedicated time is reserved and travel is planned for every booking. Because we do not require card details for pay-on-arrival appointments, we simply ask customers to respect our time and scheduling commitments by providing reasonable notice for any changes.
